For you, what is Duchess Lia? This question is the main thread of the online contest that the famous Piedmontese wine label wanted to create on Facebook. The competition aims to improve the perception of the brand by users, mixing the brand with positive sensory themes (taste, culture, movement, relaxation) and iconic images typical of the area.

We have created a website dedicated to the contest and a Facebook app that manages the registration, user profiling, and automatic posts analysis to check the correct participation in the contest. All the infrastructure complies with the law and the data are stored and protected on our servers in Italy.

The contest was perfectly integrated into the content media strategy of the brand and led to increasing the interactions with the page. The managers of the Facebook channel access to a personalized admin panel with data updated in real time, statistics and graphs about the participation. So they have a clear picture of the progress of the initiative and they are able to allocate their advertising budget correctly.

At the end of the contest, the system has created the list of participants. The Chamber of Commerce officer in charge used our random, tamper-proof certified Winner Extraction System to draw the winners.

Duchessa Lia, the premium brand of Cantine Capetta, is the largest Italian producer and distributor of wines from Piedmont. It is famous for the white wines and sparkling wines but it also offers a selection of typical red wines as Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo and Barbera.
