The medical sector needs constant updating courses to improve the knowledge and techniques of health personnel; since the start of the national ECM program, event agencies are required to organize and manage these types of meetings with professionalism and accuracy.

We support these companies by providing them with the necessary IT tools to simplify their work. The first step is creating a web portal where to insert the cards of the proposed events: as an online catalogue, it provides the course information, program and registration process. The portal can manage users registration and it can be used as an exchange materials tool before and after conferences, allowing users to choose what documentation to download.

If required, it is possible to create landing pages dedicated to particular meetings, including all the features needed for the public promotion. Web portals and landing pages are hosted on our servers.

ECM events require compulsory attendance to obtain credits. The organization is then obliged to register the access of all the participants. We have created a smartphone and tablet application that recognizes the participants through QRcode and registers their entry and exit, providing the event agency managers with the final overall report.
