As part of an international campaign to promote Monroe shock absorbers, Tenneco Automotive Italia proposes a marketing action combined with distributors that involves the final points of sale.
The campaign aims to highlight with concrete examples that shock absorbers, like other objects, are consumed with time and must be replaced. In Italy, it is given the opportunity to download a coupon for a discount on the replacement of shock absorbers, which can be used in the authorized workshops or in factories participating in the initiative.
We realized the initiative website, divided into three distinct parts: an information area on the importance of shock absorbers for the safety of your car; an estimator that calculates the quote for the shock absorber replacement, based on the choice of brand and car model; finally, the actual promotion part, that is the registration and sending of the promotional code.
Users can receive the code by email or text message: a coupon management system has been created to generate random promotion codes and to send them to the email address or telephone number indicated during registration. Company stores can connect to the website and access with their username to verify the coupon eligibility by entering the customer code. A special area has been set up as a possible call center service, aimed to support user requests during the campaign promotion.
The website graphic has been coordinated with the international campaign, from which have been obtained printing materials (flyers and posters) and promotional videos.
