Neà SPA
Aiming to launch Neà Spa brand, we realized a Facebook campaign. The goal was to promote the brand to a well-defined target and to position it as a luxury cosmetic brand, being perceived as a professional product but close to final consumers needs.
Also, our Client wants to obtain user feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies already implemented and to use data to plan future initiatives.
Facebook is a very popular social platform among consumers of this range of cosmetics. Therefore, we planned a communication plan together with the Customer's marketing managers, taking care of the graphics, the copyright and the general management of the page. We managed the advertising campaigns working to optimize investments and to reach the target, thus increasing the ROI of the campaign and the satisfaction of the customer.
The launch was preceded by the creation of a products information website, winner of the 2013 Beauty Web Award in the "Professional" category. The following year, the website was redesigned to add more services for consumers: a store locator was set up to find the nearest wellness centre, thanks to the geolocation of the user's device and an internal search engine.
We have also collaborated to create some strategic direct marketing campaigns for the brand, from the creation of graphics to post-submission analysis.
